![]() Born in 1977 and growing up in Greenfield, MA, ETA Travis LeDoyt has always had a passion for music ~ especially rockabilly. He grew up with the sounds of Country, Rock N Roll, Classical, Swing, and of course Elvis (his Dad was the fan). However, it wasn't until he was in his later teen years that LeDoyt became an Elvis fan himself. He professes that the first Elvis CD he purchased was the Sun Sessions, and from that moment on he was hooked! He is a self-taught Piano player, and also plays the keyboards and guitar. Travis is the only ETA to ever be invited to perform at the Tupelo Elvis festival, which this June celebrated its third year. This year he opened for Little Richard, and has also in the past opened for the likes of Jerry Lee Lewis & Marty Stuart. Acting can now also be added to the list of his various accomplishments following the stage production of King Creole in his hometown of Greenfield. LeDoyt moved to Nashville about a year ago, and is currently working on a new CD that he is actively writting songs for. This CD will contain orginal material written in the 50's"Elvis" Style. As an ETA Travis focuses on Elvis' early years from 54-59. It is the
raw young singer that LeDoyt relates to the most. He does it because he
loves it....and his audiences love to watch him!
