Leo was born October 3, 1980 in Honolulu, Hawaii. His interest in Elvis began at the tender age of three. Juanita Thompson, President of the TCLB (Takin' Care Of Leo's Business) Fan Club affectionately refers to Leo as "a walking Elvis encyclopedia".

It's obvious his interest and respect for Elvis is genuine, and it is evidenced in his performances. Audience members have left Leo's shows with disbelief of how much he is like Elvis. "I have goosebumps" or "He brought tears to my eyes" is not an uncommon reaction - and he always leaves 'em wanting more!!!

Leo also shares some of Elvis' attributes off stage as well - he is shy, sincere, and humble. He very often takes time for pictures and autographs, showing the utmost respect for his audience members.
