| The following charities are the ones we have chosen to
support through our fund raising efforts with the LOVE
FOR ELVIS Fan Club. Elvis had such a spirit of generosity and we want to carry that on today in his memory. We believe it is the perfect way to continue his humanitarian efforts and to protect his legacy. Here you will find a description of each charity, and it will give you a better understanding of why we chose to support each one.
The American and Canadian Cancer Society Why is research important? One of the challenges in treating cancer is that it is
not one disease. Cancer does not have a specific single cause, nor does it
take on one form. Over the last several decades, scientists have gained a
greater understanding about many aspects of this complex disease, but have
yet to pinpoint exactly when and why cancer occurs. Total raised to date:
Val & I at the Elvis Presley Lake & Campground in Tupelo, MS where we held the Charity BBQ in Memory of our dear fan club Friend, Belinda Thomas. The Charity BBQ raised $700.00 USD which we donated to the Mississippi Leukemia Society.
Presley Place
The EPCF's primary commitment has been to fund the building and operational costs of Presley Place. As part of the outstanding Estival Communities program
created and managed by the Metropolitan Inter-faith Association (MIFA) in
Memphis, Presley Place provides homeless families up to one year rent-free
housing, child day care, career and financial counseling, family management
guidance and other tools to help them break the cycle of poverty and regain
self-esteem and independence. Total raised to date: $707.00 USD
“What you see is sensational...what you don’t see is inspirational.” Diane Lynn Dupuy, CM a recipient of the Order of Canada, is the Founder and Artistic Director of the internationally renowned Famous PEOPLE Players, a professional black light theatre company that combines music with life size characters that pay tribute to the music and artistry of Famous People. Diane founded the company in 1974 with the belief that the disabled must be integrated into society. Diane's remarkable imagination is what you see on stage. What you don’t see is inspirational, as her invisible performers are people who are developmentally challenged. Diane’s commitment to the arts and to her special players has gained the highest respect and accolades around the world. Total raised to date: $500.00 CDN

With the original dedication of the Elvis Presley
Memorial Trauma Center in 1983, fans from throughout the world have sought
ways in which to participate in the mission of this Center of Excellence and
to memorialize Elvis Presley. For their efforts and those businesses who
